Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated Nov 4, 2026 · Version 1

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses pfcloud (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. The servers you connect are yours, but using our platform to manage them means agreeing not to use it for the activities below.

You may not use the Service to

  1. Break the law, or help anyone else do so, including fraud, money laundering, or selling illegal goods or services.
  2. Manage servers you are not authorised to manage. Only connect servers you own or have clear permission to control.
  3. Attack or probe other systems: denial-of-service attacks, scanning or brute-forcing systems you don't own, distributing malware, running botnets or command-and-control servers. Authorised security testing of your own systems is fine.
  4. Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or host phishing pages.
  5. Host harmful content: child sexual abuse material, content that promotes terrorism or violence, or content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy.
  6. Mine cryptocurrency in a way that abuses shared resources or someone else's servers.
  7. Interfere with the Service: try to reach other teams' data, get around plan limits, security controls or rate limits, reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows, or overload it with automated requests outside the API limits.
  8. Resell or share access to the Service outside your team without our written agreement.
  9. Misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person or organisation.

Reporting abuse

Report abuse to myforge@steadyridedrivingschool.com with as much detail as you can. We review every report.

What we do

If we believe this policy has been broken we may warn you, remove content we host, suspend the affected servers or sites from the Service, or end your account. Where the law requires, we report illegal activity to the authorities. Suspension stops us managing your servers; it does not touch the servers themselves.
